After settling on an injunction with the Geohotz case, they are now pursuing both graf_chokolo and Zoomba. Zoomba is the company they are holding responsible for the original PS3 "jailbreaker"--is's release, marketing, and distribution. It'll be interesting to see where this one goes, and how it will set the precedence that we thought we would get from the Geohotz case.
